An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Coordinator to join this expanding team within one of Nottingham’s largest plumbing and heating companies based in their office in Nottingham.

About The Role

The role will involve a multitude of tasks within this busy office. You will be responsible for managing work for our customers which will include booking ingGas and plumbing works and making sure that these are completed within the specified time.

You will be the first line of contact with our customers on the phone so it is vital that you have outstanding customer service skills and enjoy talking on the phone. You will be responsible for inputting jobs and data in to our online workflow system, sending out emails and quotes to customers and suppliers.

The Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual with excellent communication skills and a can do attitude. You will need a lot of common sense, be comfortable working on your own and multitasking. Attention to detail is incredibly important along with a hands on approach.

The key criteria are:

  • Excellent email and telephone communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
  • Experience working in a busy office an advantage
  • Excellent IT and working computer knowledge
  • Good attention to detail
  • Plumbing/gas experience not required but knowledge of the industry would be an advantage
  • A team player

This is a full time role within a dynamic and enjoyable office setting, we operate a seasonal working pattern. We are an approachable team who offer support and training.
